How to Withdraw Cash from an ATM After Selling Crypto with Unbank

Step 1: Start Your Transaction

Open the Unbank app and select Sell to begin.

Step 2: Find a Nearby ATM

Use the Locations page in the Unbank app to locate a participating ATM near you.

Step 3: Enter the Amount to Sell

• Choose the crypto you want to sell.
• Enter the amount and review any transaction fees.
• Tap Continue to proceed.

Step 4: Confirm Transaction Details

Before continuing, double-check:
✅ Crypto amount
✅ Transaction fees
✅ Expected cash amount

If everything looks good, tap Confirm to continue.

Step 5: Send Crypto to the Provided Address

• Unbank will provide the crypto address for this transaction.
• Copy the address or scan the QR code in your wallet.
• Send the exact crypto amount to this address.

Step 6: Wait for Notification

Once your transaction is processed, Unbank will notify you when your cash is ready for pickup.

Step 7: Withdraw Cash at a Participating ATM

At the ATM, follow these steps:

1. Select ReadyCode from the welcome screen.
2. Enter your Unbank account number (your registered mobile number).
3. Enter your 8-digit ReadyCode (found in your recent activity in Unbank).
